The standard fee is $200 per 53-minute session for individuals, and $297 per 90-minutes for individuals that are looking for a longer time slot.

For all other insurance providers, Evergreen Therapy can provide a Super Bill documentation that you can submit towards your insurance company. You will need to check with your insurance company to determine eligibility requirements. Payment due at time of service.
Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to and will receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost after receiving services. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling a service as well.
